Where do I send returns?
Please contact our customer team before you need a return the item. Usstampsdeals will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.

60 days conditional return

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, we can arrange a partial refund, covering the item’s price minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

If a product is damaged or not working, The return shipping fee will be borne by Usstampsdeals; you do not have to pay any costs; you can choose to resend the product or give a full refund.

Cancellation guarantee
For canceling an order or changing an item that has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
